Not Retail.
Petroleum.co.zw is not a fuel retailer. We operate at the infrastructure layer — the assets upstream of the pump. Every litre that flows through Zimbabwe must pass through the assets we structure.
Bulk Storage
Multi-product depot infrastructure — diesel, petrol, paraffin. ZERA storage depot licences. Tankage from 6 Ml to 20 Ml. Serving industrial, retail and export routes.
Pipeline
Beira–Harare corridor segments and pump station expansion. Pipeline operator licencing under ZERA Act. 18-inch diameter trunk lines with redundant pump stations.
Terminals
Import terminals at Forbes Border and Bulawayo Southern — road-loading gantries, rail unloading, bonded warehousing and customs clearance infrastructure.
Refining
Mini-refinery feasibility and ZERA refinery licence process for Kwekwe Hydrocarbon Park. 4,000 bbl/day target capacity serving Midlands industrial base.

Storage Depot Licence
Mandatory for any facility holding >5 Ml of petroleum product. ZERA evaluates tank integrity, fire suppression systems, spill containment bunds and operator competency certification before issue. Annual renewal.

Pipeline Operator Licence
Covers design, construction and operation of petroleum pipelines. Mandatory inspection regime, cathodic protection documentation and emergency-response plan. Applies to the Beira–Harare corridor segments.
EIA + ZERA
Refinery Licence
Highest regulatory tier. Full Environmental Impact Assessment under the Environmental Management Act, MSD compliance, Ministry of Energy sign-off — all required prior to construction. Kwekwe project currently in feasibility.
