    ZERA storage depot, pipeline operator or refinery licences in place or in application.

  • Scalable Infrastructure

    Assets with throughput potential of 20 Ml/yr or above, or strategic location value.

  • Clear Ownership

    Unencumbered title or long-term lease with documented ownership chain.

  • USD Structurable

    Revenue streams denominated or indexable in USD — throughput fees, storage charges or processing margins.
